We selected this cruise for the itinerary. This was really the only good thing about it. From the moment we boarded, we felt as though we had been had. Never have we been on a cruise that was so terrible! EVERYTHING is extra on this ship. They do NOT offer complimentary coffee or water. They do NOT have free ice cream or pizza. Their drink packages FORCE you and your cabin-mate to take the most expensive of the packages selected. It was a disgrace.

The food was hardly edible. Very salty and lack of variety. Don't even try to ask for a cup of coffee after your meal. The dining room refuses to serve coffee. They force you to go to the bar where you have to pay for it!!!! Breakfast in the dining room was a disgrace. The a la carte menu, once again, not edible. I don't know about you, but when I opt for dining room over buffet, it's because I don't want to get up and fight a crowd to have my meal. Well, guess what... It's exactly what you will have to do, even juice is not served at the table. Good luck finding a cheerful waiter to bring you a horrible cup of coffee and take your a la carte order (basically the egg dish). Anything else (fruit, pastries, juice, etc...), you have to get yourself!

This ship only has 1,000 crew members for 4,000 passengers. It's no wonder they are frequently impolite and irritable. My husband came across several restaurant crew members in the bathroom and I'm sorry to say, they failed to wash their hands.... Read more
