This was a birthday cruise for me and my 12th cruise overall, third with Royal. I traveled with my family, a group of 8 of us in total, all first time cruisers and they enjoyed it just as much as I did!

I've been on this ship once before back in June and I loved it even more this time. My favorite space is the Music Hall. There is always something going on there and I may have sang a karaoke song or two. We spent a lot of time in there. I also love the indoor pools. It's nice because even on a cloudy or chilly day you can still hang out in a deck chair to read a book or swim.

We had our own table in the dining room but only used it twice. We did eat in Chops Grill one night which was amazing albeit a little long - close to 3 hours. I prefer eating breakfast in the Solarium Bistro or 270 which is quiet in comparison to the buffet. MADHOUSE! We went there once for breakfast and never went back. Lunch and dinner there tend to be quieter - especially dinner.

Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin DO

Nice big balcony but very noisy! Creaked a ton especially in rocky weather. Stay away!
