We did BTB cruises, Canada, then Bermuda. We had sailed on the Dawn before she was refurbished, and she's definitely been spruced up! They've added a Mexican restaurant that opened July 1, and it's gaining in popularity. We ate there 3 times!

The crew is what makes the cruise, and the Dawn's crew was attentive to our needs and met our expectations! They were easy to talk to and offered suggestions or followed up on what we selected. Embarkation was smooth in Quebec and final disembarking in Boston was among our smoothest. We left the ship in Boston for the day in between cruise legs, and our "back to back" stickers got us right back on board with no hassles.

The ship ran out of some items, especially on the 2nd leg to Bermuda. Certain teas were unavailable, types of beers were more limited, etc. However, fruits and vegetables seemed fresh throughout.

With a single queen bed, the corners of the furniture can be an obstruction. Our cabin steward fixed a temporary solution. Adequate room for storage, but the bathroom was tight - have you ever heard one that wasn't! Overall, it was about what we expected for space.
