It was excitement that we a family of 5 plus a friend for the 16 year old. We had two Grand suite interconnecting rooms on deck 10.

Because of the friend we had a small hiccup with embarking, we had not seen we needed to have a copy of his birth certificate, but once his mum emailed it we where on the ship heading to Winjammer for lunch.

Our 16 year old had knee surgery 3 weeks before we left for the trip and most staff where considerate of him. By the time we had lunch our rooms where ready and our luggage was waiting for us, we loved them and our beautiful attendant Aloisa was friendly and attentive.

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

We loved these, probably not a wise way to start cruising :) Lots of space, even with 4 teens in one cabin.
