Entertainment was poor mainly quizzes. Room was dirty and not cleaned properly items from previous guests and dust every where sheets were not changed for the fortnight we were there.

Staff on reception were rude and did not get back to you when they said they would. Over

all I was highly disappointed as expected better food in horizon food court was like school dinners and left under lights too long as was forming a skin on items, however the serve dinner in the golden crown was amazing even though you had to pay extra for it. Read more
