Overall we enjoyed the cruise, but there could be some improvements that I think would make it better. My wife and I hadn't cruised in 12 years so our comparison is before the auto tipping. Our boarding was a 2.5 hr ordeal due to extensive sanitation. The ship boarding was delayed and it caused quite a back up. The personnel working the port didn't seem like they wanted to be there. When we finally got on board our bags were delivered promptly. The ship overall was kept clean throughout the cruise. The common areas were remarkably clean.
Entertainment- We only attended 2 shows. A comedian that was okay, and a Saturday Night Fever Musical that was very entertaining. Seating was plentiful and comfortable. We really enjoyed the Latin band at the Boleros Bar and made a lot of friends dancing the night away. Karaoke needs work. The bar is designed for it but only has it about 4 nights of the 7. The rest, the bar is empty. And it starts and 10:30 and ends in about an hour so not very many people get to sing each night. As popular as it was, I would have liked to seen more effort from the staff to make it available
The casino was decent, I won at Blackjack but as a non smoker had to endure some heavy smoke to do so. I would like it to be non smoking. The crane machine was temporarily out of service from the time we boarded to the last day.
Adequate size. Balcony was plenty big enough. Quite room. It was near the fitness spa end. In retrospect I would book closer to the dining rooms.
due to sanitizing the ship, boarding was delayed a couple hours, causing a backup requiring standing in a slow moving line for 2.5 hrs. Port personnel were less than enthusiastic about their jobs to say the least
we just rented a scooter for $40 near the port. we passed a couple who looked like they had wiped out and were being attended to. We learned later the tire blew out on their scooter, no fault of theirs and they were charged $700 in order to get their Seapass back. Beware
