This was supposed to be a taster,as this was our first ever cruise, and we wanted to see if this type of holiday was for us, as the wife suffers with COPD and has problems now flying which we always did for our holidays to USA.

The reason we booked Cunard QE is because we were advised that Cunard were the best. We decided that we wanted the best so paid for a cabin with balcony unobstructed.

I appreciate that the boat has to be full, so cheaper deals our done, but we expected as per their web site that you get a five star service, whatever price paid, which we feel and were very disappointed with the cruise to the things listed below:

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cannot remember cabin number but it was on the fourth deck balcony unobstructed. It was smaller than I thought. We where near the lifts. Think it was B something. The lady that did our room was ok, not good English and not very helpful. Again she said that they had just end worked 6 months and around 14 hours a day! This I am sorry to say was not my fault and still expected 5 star, which they claim.
