Actual date was 5/8/2015, but Cruise Critic would not allow going back that far. It was to Alaska, not Australia. This was our first cruise and Alaska was on our bucket list. We didn't know what to expect, but now we're cruise addicts and have two more cruises booked. My wife is on a minimal protein diet, and everyone was most accommodating. Received a good deal on a veranda cabin, C3 - 1265, and was spoiled, we will not sail in less now. We cruised out of Seattle and had great and embarkation and disembarkation were smooth and painless. Shore excursions were booked through our travel agent, not the cruise line. My selection of tours had to take in my limited mobility. I'm 72 years old, can walk but not fast enough to take a walking tour. In Ketchikan we took the Misty Fjords Flightseeing and was thrilled. In Juneau the Whales and Mendenhall Glacier, great and recommended but not up to the Flightseeing and the helicopter ride if you have to limit your excursions. Then came Skagway were I ventured to take two excursions. The first was Skagway City and White Pass Summit, better than the train ride, was able to see more. Second the Helicopter Glacier Discovery tour. I thought the Flightseeing was the most unusual trip of my life, but walking on the glacier was by far the experience of a lifetime. Last Victoria, and the Deluxe Open Top Double Decker Sunset Tour. Low key, but the perfect tour for guests only in port for the evening. If, no when, I go back I will go in May again.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

Cabin C3

Cabin is in a great location, mid-ship, near elevators, but still quite. Concierge comes with great cabin service.
