I always wanted to cruise the Rhine and Danube. I was extremely impressed with the service provided by all the staff, from cabin crew to dining and bar staff. Our tour director was fabulous. The included shore excursions far exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to have everything prepaid and not to have to worry about having to spend money every day.

When in Amsterdam we went for a night walk, unfortunately a storm hit and spoilt our walk. we did not have any time to explore further. Our embarkation and disembarkation at each port was every efficient and smooth. The facilities on the Scenic Pearl were all that we expected. Our cabin was on the inside, but was still very spacious and comfortable. The night time dining was just wonderful. Of course we ate too much, because it was all so delicious. I highly recommend that everyone should experience a river cruise at least once in their lifetime.
