Sail Date: Jan 2016

After sailing on Vikings river boats we wanted to try their ocean voyage, also for ports we had never been at before including Tunis and Algiers. The ship is incredible. Great care was put into all aspects of this ship. Whoever did the design and decor did an outstanding job. We went on tour the days we were in port. Nice comfortable buses and knowledgeable tour guides.

Several choices for dining, two are specialty restaurants, no extra charges. Great wine, also included. The food was excellent. Great crew that was very organized. Algiers and Tunis were taken off the itinerary so other ports were substituted. We learned a lot about ports from lectures each day. They showed movies in the evenings by the pool. There were some shows in the theater in the evening. My husband and I have been cruising for many years with a lot of different cruise lines and found this ship to be exceptional
