Prague for three days prior to our journey was amazing. The viking staff took care of all of our needs as far as embarkation and disembarkation. Our hotel in Prague was wonderful with Viking staff members to help in every way! The lovely buses that transported us on our different port journeys were very comfortable. The ship was beautiful and very!!!!! spotlessly cleaned. The dining and serve in each area of the ship was the best that we had ever experienced. The dining and bar staff so attentive. The shore excursions were logistically professional in every way. We traveled with two other couples and were constantly entertained and well taken care of in each aspect of our journey. Our cabin was so comfortable and always clean. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of storage space for all of our items.

The entire atmosphere on the ship was always fun, entertaining, and professional. I was called by name always and never had any needs that were not met. The communication for all activities, excursions, and ship news was prompt and clear.

I would truly travel again with Viking and hope to do it in the near future.
