The overall experience beat our expectations. Point by point Pros, than Cons -

- Arrival and departure were easy. We checked in with the Suites table and they moved us along. On departure, our flight left at 11:30am, but we ended up taking the transfer to the airport. They charged us for the 2 adults and let the 3 kids go free.

- Ship was crowded but nice. Very clean and well maintained. The passage ways were congested at times, but nothing that soured the experience.

The US Park Service staff were great to have on board and very informative. The Bay was remarkable.
