This cruise began in Seattle and went to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and Victoria before returning to Seattle. The seas were a bit rough but with Dramamine I did fine. The food, entertainment and care of the staff in all ways were amazing. We had a room with a veranda that made it easy to enjoy the view of the glaciers and wonderful scenery, We had enough time to enjoy each port and enjoyed each of the shore excursions that we chose. The food was superb and I did gain the pound per day that is "normal". The entertainment was amazing. They had a wonderful comedian and then a great musical presentation. The other part that we truly enjoyed was the additional information that was available to us about the wildlife. They had a wonderful researcher aboard that taught us more about humpback and orca whales as well as bald eagles and bears. We had wonderful weather while we were there but I am told they have lots of rain. It was a great experience and one I'd repeat.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 1A

Cabin 1A

The cabins are small but well organized with plenty of space to keep your items stored. I was actually very impressed with the shower pressure and temperature. Our view from the veranda was absolutely wonderful. They had a well stocked fridge although we only used the water. The beds were very comfortable and I actually slept better on the ship than I do at home.
