This was one of the most amazing trips I have taken. The entire Viking experience was excellent. From the moment we were met at the airport by a Viking rep to the end of the trip when another rep took us into the airport to check in, the customer service in all areas was exemplary.

The food aboard the ship was extremely tasty; the housekeeping service was unsurpassed, and the services of the concierge, the social director, the entire crew, and the captain himself were above and beyond what I had expected. The excursions were informative and educational without ever being boring. Exploration of Paris after the cruise was fun and worth the extra fees.

Embarcation and disembarkation were very facilitating. I loved the small ship and camaraderie of the crew with the passengers. Our every need was attended to. The smallest details were unexpected: providing umbrellas when rain was forecast, serving hot chocolate when we returned from a shore excursion on a cold day, providing cold cider on a hot day, giving us ample free time. The trip was worth every penny.

Cabin Review

Cabin French Balcony

Although our French Balcony cabin was small, we adjusted. Beds were very comfortable. The window wall was extraordinary. Storage space was ample. Bathroom was really small, but adequate. The only problem we had was a leaking toilet.
