We went on this cruise to surprise friends who were already booked. Unfortunately we were not impressed. This was our 9th cruise (second on Norwegian). Embarkation was smooth for us, not the couple traveling with us. They were held up for 20 minutes waiting for their keycards. We both booked almost a year ago. We also had booked shows on board prior to embarkation and for some reason, everything I booked was gone. So I spent the first day going from line to line to line trying to get my shows and soda package back. Very frustrating.

We did enjoy the nice size restrooms and the cabin was ok. We had to have it cleaned right away since the floors were dirty and so were the counters. The closet was a bit difficult to use as it was right next to the sleeper and we had to reach around into the closet over the end of the sleeper. The ship itself has the casino right in the middle and allows smoking, so you can smell smoke all over.

The common areas are too small for the amount of passengers. The original entertainment offered when we booked, were not performing during our cruise and the replacement was not of the same caliper. After midnight was great. We had good service in the restaurants and the food was good, but the selection left a lot to be desired. In the "free" restaurants part of the menu had selections you had to pay for. Not a good thing. Getting on and off in the ports was fairly easy. Would we go again? No, too many things had extra charges, not worth the money.
