This is our 15th cruise, and the 8th one with Carnival. We have always had a wonderful cruise experience in the past. However, this was not the case with this cruise. We were severely disappointed in our cabin, the customer service, the food (with the exception of the Steakhouse, which was superb), and the ship in general.

Our cabin was the so small that we could barely move in it - it is by far the smallest cabin we have ever experienced. And the location (near the elevators on Deck 7) was right next door to a storage room, which got VERY NOISY every morning beginning at 6:00 a.m.

The food offerings and food preparation were extremely disappointing. Service in the dining room was slow, and there was not a very good selection in either the dining room or the lido restaurant. The staff seemed surly and unfriendly for the most part, and the service desk employees were downright rude in some instances.

Cabin 4F

Close to elevator, but extremely small and cramped, and next door to storage room that was very loud every morning very early!
