We were very excited to cruise on Royal Caribbean for the first time on one of the biggest ships with friends. We had been on other cruise lines in the past, we had excellent service ad experience so we were very excited.

The check in process before boarding was great, it went very fast and I was grateful, because the friends we were traveling with were crown and anchor members and went through a different line. It only took us about 15 minutes longer so not a big deal!

We were excited to get on the ship, but instead of happy faces greeting us, we experience people pointing us to the anti-bacterial gel. No one really directing at the door, you had to walk in the main area and look around for someone. A little strange for such a big ship.

Port Reviews

Labadee

Great guide, but this location is a bit depressing since unemployment is so high!

Falmouth

This tour was very interesting and fun. Lunch was really good as well!

Cozumel

It was complete chaos on the dock trying to find our tour. We were supposed to go with friends, had no idea there were 2 buses and didn't get to with them. Mayan ruins had wrong info on the info plates and there wasn't much to see. The chocolate company was really good and we enjoyed the tour there. Our guide was great! Cozumel has gotten so commercial it isn't really as great as it was 15 years ago. The shops at the dock are a horrible maze and very unappreciated.
