Embarkation: This was by far the best/easiest experience getting on a ship, it took us less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Good Job!

Cabin: Like I said we went on this cruise at the last minute and considered this a budget cruise for us. We usually get a balcony but since we already booked a Celebrity 10 day for December, decided to go cheapo and get an inside or "bat cave" cabin as I call it. The cabin steward was ok, not what we experienced in past cruises. He failed to fill our fridge with cokes after we used them and we had to go to other places in the ship to buy our own on several occasions. He was hard to find and overall would give him a C+ for the duration. The cabin was by FAR the NOISIEST cabin we ever stayed in. I would highly recommend that others not book this cabin if they are light sleepers. Although we were over the dining room, I felt like we were over the main engines with a terry cloth town between us. Fortunately we were so tired by the end of the day we slept ok. The bedding and sheets were good, bed was comfy. I did smell a mildewy odor as I walked down the hall toward our aft cabin but fortunately it was not in our cabin.

Ship: The ship overall is huge and very beautiful. We cruised on the Explorer before so we were familiar with the layout. Actually our room location was great so we had no problem finding anything. We loved the ship, it did show some wear and tear in mainly the carpeting I think but it was very well kept up and clean in most areas.
