We just got back from the 5 night first portion of this cruise and we had a great time.

The cruise was very rough for several days, however, we just carried on and had a great time.

We are not drinkers, so please do not look for booze facts here, except the free sampling of rum products in Ocho Rios at 9 am was nice.

Cabin Review

Oceanview

Cabin OC

Nice cabin, smaller than the balcony cabin we had last year on Coral Princess, but delightful.

When we first boarded, I thought being directly under the casino would be a problem, but we heard not a peep. and we were in bed most nights before 10.

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Rough go on the tenders. I started the cruise with a bad back, the tender ride just aggravated it.

Met up with my wife`s sister and we had a great time visiting with her and catching up.

The island is very very expensive.

Ocho Rios

Did Ocho Rios tour last year, so this year we just opted to see it on foot. Did the shopping places (didn`t buy anything due to the rate of the Canadian dollar), but did sample a bunch of different rums (being a non drinker and no breakfast spread the rum very quickly), then realized that it was only 9 am.

Ended up at Margaritaville and Oceans 11. Nice stops.

Back on board for lunch and a quiet afternoon

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Embarked here. Visit Ft Lauderdale for the past 50 years and still love it
