The Caribbean Princess is a large ship but easy to navigate. The food was above average for cruise fare, both in the Horizon Court and the main dining rooms. The biggest complaint is the lack of availablde AnyTime Dining seating. Rarely did we get the dining time we desired, even when we called at 8:00AM when they started taking reservations.
Entertainment both provided by the ship's singers and dancers and the guest performers was excellent. Duncan Tuck was marvelous as was Steve Moris. Enrichment lectures were nearly non-existent. The "29 Years at Sea" presentation by Bob, the cruise director was entertaining and informative.
The fitness center was adequarte but was short of stationary bicycles and elliptical machines. Too many tredmills for the demographics of the guests.
Cabin was clean, well appointed and quiet. The room service was professional and above average.
Used to be enjoyable, now too much like every other Mexican port.
Clean and easy to get around. Complete variety of shops from expensive to reasonable. Many bars and restaurants close to the pier. Very enjoyabvle.
