Due to another Carnival ship being in the harbor because of weather, our time in port was cut very short. We were allowed to disembark at 4 I wasn't off the ship til 4:15 and everything closed at 5. We never did get to the pink beach but saw a lovely beach right in town. I am not sure I'd go in Oct again. Wind was high at I don't balance well when seas are rough. None of this is Carnivals fault, and mother nature does what she does. The bed room was clean and comfortable the food as always was excellent . Guys burgers is a hit. Shows were good. They said if you get a partially obstructed view it only means you can't look straight down. Well there is more than that. It eats up a good portion of your balcony space so be warned. The only other thing I noticed was bar tenders would often walk right past and not offer a drink unless you stopped them. This didn't happen in the casino or the smoking deck but I was at the bar in the lobby and the red frog and never got asked if I wanted a drink. Finally ( and it's kind of silly) But I was kind of looking forward to the sampling bar and it was never opened. All in all was a very nice cruise and I think if the weather had cooperated I would have had a better time. BTW Embarkation and disembarkation from port of Baltimore , Piece of cake!
Our cabin was nicely comfortable if that makes sense. There was an occasional musty smell from the shower and the AC didn't always seem cooperative but as always the crew was accommodating and the duvet is a dream. every evening when you come back to the cabin it is spotless and your towel animal greets you .
