Let me start off by saying this is my 23rd cruise and 3rd time on this class (2 on Oasis and 1 on Allure). We booked a 7 day Western Caribbean cruise from Costco which came with so many extras such as soda package, $95 onboard credit pp, extras in Labadee and a spa credit. Make sure you check Costco pricing before booking through Royal.

-Getting on the ship was easy once we passed security. The security line seemed unorganized. The line for platinum guests was longer than the line for regular cruisers. Lame!

-Our stateroom was wonderful. We had a balcony on the 12th floor. However, make sure to pack a power strip and the closet space is very small compared to other cruise lines. I feel like our service wasn't great but then again, blame the prepaid gratuities. It is crazy to see the decline in customer service in the past 3-5 years now that tips are charged ahead of time.
