This was our first RCL cruise. Booked nearly one year in advance and thus it was a much anticipated vacation. Been on 6 cruises before with NCL and Costa Cruises.

We are "happy travellers", not very demanding nor spoilt by luxury. Nevertheless, I have never been so disappointed.

The ship was filthy and dirty. Beer bottles and old pizza slices all over the place. By the pool, in the lifts and the Windjammer was a disgrace. The staff is tired and over worked. Read more
