Avoid Norwegian cruise line at all cost. This was the worst cruise I have ever been on. There is absolutely nothing to do when your sailing. The ship doesn't have much to do and the things they do offer are far from entertaining. The only good thing was the movie channels in the room. Even the pool was far from impressive. The food on this ship is the lowest quality nastiest food you can buy. Cruises are known for the fabulous three course meals....not this one. The service is also terrible. You tip before you go on the cruise so the staff has no reason to cater to you. They are exausted and everyone seems to hate their job. They don't make you feel welcome, or wanted. We complained after waiting for dinner for over an hour an a half and the manager for the dinning room could care less. They dont and won't go above and beyond for your needs or happiness. I was extremely disatisgied with this cruise. This was my boyfriends first cruise and unfortunately he never wants to go on another one again. This line gives cruises a bad name. Our friends that were also sailing with us had even more issues with their cabin. There toilet was broken and every time they flushed it there whole room would get flooded. They have a child and could barely be in their room because they had load fans in there and frankly who knows what diseases are in the wet, sewage water carpet. We will never sail this line again!
