This was our 4th cruise, 3rd on Carnival. The ship was very nice and the staff absolutely could not have been better! Jamie, the cruise director did a fantastic job of keeping guests informed of everything from the available activities to a guest emergency involving a helovac and ship diversion to meet the helo. The service of the crew is unmatched. Port and shore excursions were great.

We're average people and don't expect everything to be perfect in any situation but we do expect cleanliness and great customer service and we were not disappointed on either! We had an inside cabin and loved it! Dining was excellent whether it was at one of the outside grills or the fine dining at JiJi.

Loved the 3 levels of serenity decks and pool on the Sunshine. There was plenty of family areas, too with their own pool and waterworks. Would definitely sail this ship again. Keep in mind when you're traveling with 5,000 other people you just may not get all the one-on-one attention you might expect. If that's the case, take a pricier cruise with less people. For us, it was perfect!
