this cruise fit in our vacation timeline. We usually go RCL or Disney. We did have a wonderful time. There is always an activity going on for all ages. The cruise directors staff was entertaining. Except at Bingo. One was a little out there, kind of obnoxious. Wasn't as funny as he thought he was.

I loved the adult area on deck. It's not a pool but a really neat sitting area in the water. Like a huge shower with tile seating and water falls. They also come around with cold wash clothes which I have never seen anywhere else before. It was refreshing. Great idea.

The other adult pool was nice. A little deep for me since the lowest part of the pool was a little over 5 foot. I'm 5'4 so I was unable to stand. While people were looking for chair to sunbathe I watched a women who seems to be drying laundry. She had 11 lounge chairs filled with clothes laying in the sun. I mentioned it to staff but it fell on deaf ears. That was odd. When it started to rain she picked it all up and moved it to covered chairs. Buffett was always room temp but select restaurants that you pay extra for were great! The boats they transport you on are clean and roomy. I didn't like the guest services "bouncer" twice he gave us wrong info and sent us walking. Couldn't get to desk. Only bad experience was when we waited for an elevator, when it arrived we got on. As the doors were closing a hand stopped the doors. We were told that the elevator was his and we needed to get off! He was a ship excursion staff member. We got off and he put his people on. Not sure where they came from, we were alone while waiting for the elevator. We had an excursion in Tortola Kon Tiki what a fun day we enjoyed the informative boat ride and relaxed on the beach. In Bahamas we went to blue lagoon island also a great day. Lots for kids to do even if you just select the beach day, they also have a complementary lunch which was nice sized meal. Disembarkation was a mess! At first there were two exits but at 9am the closed one and moved that line to the other enterance. A lot of people were pretty upset. Very unorganized. In all it wasn't bad. But could've been better.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BD

The cabin we selected was nice. Warm though, never seemed to cool off. The room did smell like a sweaty body slept on the couch but I never go far without my Lysol. The remote only worked if you stood right in front of the TV. The bed was comfortable and clean. The refrigerator was cool not cold. The bathroom a little small compared to RCL and Disney.

Port Reviews

Tortola

We didn't leave the ship. It's a new port still under construction.

Miami

Miami is a very busy place. Since we live 2 hours away we didn't do anything there.
