We are experienced cruisers with 20+ cruises (Celebrity, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Holland American, NCL, Carnival and now MSC). This is our first cruise with MSC in Europe and very disappointed with overall experience. We have cruised on Pricess in Europe before, we expect similar experienced from MSC. We felt MSC try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Free things that you come to expect on all other cruise lines, you have to pay on MSC.
Cons:
- You have to pay for water if you dine in the dining room for lunch or dinner. Tab water is free in the buffet.
