Boarding the ship was long process of checkpoints and no direction on were to start boarding to get on ship and all staff concerned w/rite away was getting picture to charge you for which occurred more often then would of liked. Cruise staff was pushing add on's the whole way to getting on board which took hours. Waiting like cattle in staging area with no seats and then we finally get on board and room wasn't ready till late in evening and had to sit around waiting to change into swimming suit. Buffet was packed with fellow travelers who by the way were rude and obnoxious. Bad departure spot to pick, the city mentality was felt whole cruise, dirty looks and disgusting behavior of five boroughs, etc. Room was not fully cleaned and stocked, bare minimum done and steward only smiled or did more when flashed cash. This cruise was all about making more money for Norwegian - Art and Jewelry Stores/Auctions, Casinos-need i say more. Also, smoke filled lobby's with no smoking permitted and drunk people with no care for other passengers. Kids club was only good part but many drunk parents just dropping kids off for long hours so they may party like animals. No supervision of children running wild all over boat, cruise staff service w/no smile unless waiving cash. Cruise director strutting around in short tight skirts and passively ignoring cruisers with legit complaints w/smile and waive of excuses while partying herself. Couldn't wait to dock in Bermuda - was breath of fresh air, from dealing with ship staff and fellow passengers. people on island were friendly and humble, enjoyed every minute, should of flown out instead. Once back on ship continued to experience also high cost drinks w/no alcohol and long waits in lines for all activity's and most activity's were geared towards selling more items on ship. Would of enjoyed just a nice calm relaxing cruise with a friendly staff and personal touch to service, instead met with a constant staff money grab and no smiles w/poor service. Finally docked for final departure and were once in again tagged like cattle into color coded groups to get off ship which took forever and then the final smack in the face was picking up bags in claim area which all our bags were scattered and thrown around which took forever to locate. No goodbye, no thanks for letting us bleed you dry for more money, just a get off for our next victim's and quick!!! This is a fair warning to all rite thinking consumers that don't want to waste their money and be bled for more, the reason they have low startup offerings for cruise is because they get the rest from you on board, you don't get a choice either, unless you want to starve or go without the bare minimum essentials. Shop carefully and read small print. Don't make same mistake we did!

Cabin Review

Family Inside Stateroom

Tight with little room for family even though says family room. Not well stocked and fellow passengers loud and inconsiderate, room service remnants left all over hall ways and took forever to get needed items requested like iron and board. steward only smiled with tip offering.
