Family of 10. Ages 10-75. 1 handicapped. Arrived at the port at 11am. Checking in took longer then usual. Half check in counters were open at this time. All headed up to Windjammer. Always a good selection of food and multiple lines kept the stream of passengers going at all times. We never had a hard time finding a big table. We all seamed to enjoy Windjammer. Kids tried out multiple new foods to them. If they didn't like they didn't eat it. If they found a favorite they kept going back for more.
Teens were able to start hitting the FlowRider and Rock climbing walls around 2 on boarding day. Worked out well as on last day the lines were quite long. Unfortunately we arrived at the Rock climbing wall yesterday at 4:40. The cut off was at 5 so we were unable to climb. Disappointed. Ice Skating had limited times. We finally hit it yesterday morning. Ice skates are plastic and a bit uncomfortable. Helmets required. But was an experience for kids to say they ice skated at sea.
Our 2 teens thoroughly enjoyed the teen club- Fuel and Living Room areas. We hardly saw them. Only showing up at dinner time. Many compliments to the staff keeping them happy.
Loved our cabin towards the back of ship. Windjammer, FlowRider, sports court , dining room, etc were above or below us. Biggest balcony(1) room we have ever had. Deep and easily accommodated two chairs and a lounger.
