As a first cruise we thought we were in a good time. Man we were mistaken. We booked this several months in advanced. We made sure to follow all the rules and regulations as i fly a ton and didnt want any issues.

The confiscated the water we were told we could bring on-board. Then come to find out during the cruise others were allowed to keep their water either for religious reasons or simply they were told they couldn't speak english. Oh and never returned the water as they stated they would.

Once on the boat we were informed that we were downgraded to a junior suite due to a maintenance issue and wouldn't get any of the suite features in the junior room. While the junior was larger it still wasn't anything like what we paid for and were confirmed to get. still nothing back from royal on a refund.

Rough to put this review in since it was the last cruise...

That being said the room was beat up really bad. I would say a newer ship might be better.
