We are long time cruisers and have come to love it. We have always cruise RC but we decided to try Carnival for a change. The cruise was to celebrate our daughters graduation, so we booked to cabins.

To start off we were elated to hear Carnival came to their senses and decided to refund that stupid fuel charge. So we had an on board credit waiting for us as we arrived.

Embarkation: Not so smooth, took a long time and the line was outside in the heat. Royal Caribbean has them beat on this one. But once we got to our cabin our luggage not to far behind. NOTE: They say it saves time to do online check in, not true. You still have to wait in a line just as long and slow as the people who didn't online check. Read more
