We went to the port at 11 am. Embarkation started a few minutes later. I like the embarkation process. I thought it was very organized. Once onboard, we went to Windjammer for lunch. There was a good variety of food. Waiters were serving the drinks, but sometimes it's quicker to just get it on your own. Windjammer can get crowded, but you can always bring your food outside or to your room if you can't find any table. The ship's centrum looks beautiful, with all the glass windows and light from the outside shinning in, piano music playing on the background, lots of lounge chairs to just sit back and relax. The shopping deck sparkles with all the jewelry they sell, good bargain too on souvenirs, especially on the last day of cruise, some were 50% off. Photo Gallery next to it was spacious and prices range from $6.95-$19.95. I thought some were a good deal, especially if you purchase a package. My Crown and Anchor coupon book was really a good savings to me. I thought the pool, although there were a no. of pools to choose from, was a bit small and the water was a bit salty, but feels good to swim. The gym was a nice size. I used it daily. I had to, since it was really hard to resist the buffet everyday. The kid's program was fantastic. My daughter was always looking forward to go to the program everyday. I even had to bring her back to the program after dinner. That's how much she was enjoying it. We had a large oceanview cabin and it was a nice size. Although our cabin doesn't get fixed till noon time, even though we get up early for the day. The wall climbing was located outside the gym and was challenging but exciting overlooking the ocean. The jump zone looks easy but was really hard especially when you want to roll over. It was fun but tiring. My husband played at the penny slot in the casino and was enjoying it. Dinner at My Fairlady was good. Though we had a problem on day one. Somebody else was at our table and the head waiter dealt with it right away. We were able to keep our spot. The food was great, but the food doesn't always get to our table quick enough, compared to other tables with other waiters. Although the staff were nice and friendly. The front desk staff were also accommodating. The ship captain has a good sense of humor, everytime he makes an announcement onboard. The TV movies and channels were great. At least better than our previous cruises. Although the ship doesn't have a movie theater, they showed some movies in the conference room. I thought the nightly shows were good. I stayed up for the midnight gala buffet, and was surprised to see a long line. I thought the food selection was not that great though, but the ice and fruit carvings were amazing. We had a nice weather in Key West and was able to get off the ship and walk around, do some shopping. It was raining in Cozumel, so we just stayed onboard, go to the solarium and watch a movie. It was sunny in CocoCay and we went to the island, found lots of hammocks near the shore overlooking the cruise ship. It was very relaxing. The island buffet was not that good though. I heard there were a no. of jellyfish on the beach that day and some people were stung but nothing serious. We didn't swim on the beach. My daughter stayed with the kid's program for some fun time and games. Lots of people were snorkeling and parasailing. It was fun watching the parasailing. Disembarkation took awhile. We had the green color tag and were called past 10, I think around 10:30. The line was long. We were finally cleared and out in an hour. Got a taxi right away. Paid $18 including tip. Overall, we had a great time.
