The ship was very nice but there was a lot to be desired about the service. We got onboard and there was no one to greet the guests on the entry, did not get to meet our cabin steward till late that night, no bulletin board anywhere the ship where one can post messages, library hours was posted as 5-6 PM but no staff showed up; we had to go to the guest services to request for someone to help us. Captain Cutugno did not show up at the returning guests party. The lounge where it was held was full of Diamond/Platinum/Gold members yet there were no senior officers introduced. The only personnel who were introduced were the Hotel Director, the Food and Beverage Directors and the Guest Relations Officer. I guess we were not valued enough to warrant the presence of the Captain or his Assistant or even the Chief Engineer.

Deluxe Ocean View

Nice big room with 2 bathrooms each with a sink and a shower. One had a commode and the other one had a tub. This room has plenty of closet space, a small fridge and a safe.
