We have cruised before on Princess and Norwegian but they are not comparable to this ship and hopefully this cruise line and I plan on using Holland America again. Suits us, we are 64 years old and this is the demographic for many of the passengers. I saw very few children.
Loved the ports except for San Juan. We planned on just grabbing the trolley and seeing the forts. OMG, nothing moves quickly and sometimes, not at all in San Juan traffic. Will book a tour next time. Loved Turks and Caicos as well as St Thomas. Half Moon Cay was remarkable.
Embarkation was slow. Lots of time in line but everybody friendly. Disembarkation was faster except upper decks had trouble getting elevator.

Neptune Deluxe Veranda Suite
Loved it. Lots of storage space. Bathroom larger than some. Clean with excellent steward service. Balcony was larger than others we have had and furniture comfortable. We were fairly mid ship but higher so felt the roll during a wind. Doesn't bother us but look for cabin on a lower deck midship if this might be a problem for you.
