This was our 42 cruise including 2 cruises around the world mostly on Princess (34). I was not happy with the new restaurant concept. I like eating at a table of 6 or 8 at 6:00 every night with the same people that by the end of the cruise you are friends. Whomever I spoke to by the end of the cruise felt the same way. When we went to Jamie Oliver's at 8:00pm they were already out of the lasagna, eggplant parmigiana and a few other items. Also some items listed on the TV for the restaurants were not on the menu when you got there. Each restaurant has the same menu every night. One breakfast at the American icon took 45 minutes for us when people sat down after us, got their breakfast and left and we were still waiting.i had only ordered a bowl of oatmeal and my husband ordered bagel cream cheese and lox and a 1/2 grapefruit. No cooking involved yet we waited 45 minutes. We pointed out a table that was broken and still broken 3 days later. An arm on a chair in the buffet was broken so they just moved it to another table.
If you want shampoo, conditioner or ice you have to ask for it. If you don't want to walk alot go for the cabins in the back where most of the restaurants and buffet are located. No elevators in the middle of the ship. It took 2 days to get the card to indicate make up the room and then it was stolen.
Getting off the ship was delayed by 1 hour because a conveyer belt was not working but no one had the decency to tell us so we could tell our driver why we weren't out in time
Nice room but the tissues was in a dresser drawer by the balcony. Had to remind room steward to bring ice a few times
