RCCL decided to contract the boarding process at port of Tampa to a new company without any oversight on the contractor's performance. The lines were ridiculously long, no priority boarding, different excuses was provided by the contracted personnel and best of all - not one Royal Caribbean person was at the terminal - not one ! ! ! The luggage handlers had no direction of what to do, bags were being piled up at the main entry door.
The entertainment on the ship was focused towards a much more mature crowd. On one night, the main show was a 45 minute meet the Vision of the Seas Orchestra. What? This is the main show? I been on almost 50 cruises with RCCL and this was the worst. And I forgot, never did the cabin steward introduce himself to us or did we ever receive ice in our cabin - it must been the end of his contract.
Of asked will ,y next sailing be with RCCL, sorry but no. I was on NCL before this one and they really know how to treat their guests.
Cabin was OK, we booked a different cabin specifically for the diagram on the RCCL website shown it as allowing four people with pull down beds. When we called RCCL to dd the third person - they said ow no, your cabin will only hold two people, you need to cancel your room and reserve two different rooms.
