First let me say that I do not believe that any cruise line gives a tinkers darn about these reviews. They are written for fellow cruisers.
That being said my wife and I have been on 20+ cruises, mostly with RCCL and Celebrity so maybe we are spoiled. We have tried Norwegian twice and have been let down both times. Getting on the ship was a hassle both times. As we came to the top of the escalator there was no one there. We sat down and then they started calling numbers to board. We had not been given a number either time. This caused a problem. We went to the person standing there and were given a number somewhere in the 20's. We told him that was unacceptable as we had been sitting there for approximately 30 minutes and had seen others given much lower numbers.
Cabin and Ship: Once on things improved. We found the cabin to be very small compared to the other ships we had been on. No drawers anywhere to be found, only cubby holes to stick stuff in and few of those. For the most part the ship was well laid out and very comfortable.
cabin was smaller than same style cabin we have had on other lines. Storage was terrible....nooks and crannies....not drawers....VERY SMALL BALCONY.!!!!!...Looks like they have figured out a way to make more balcony cabins to get more money from passengers......
