We have gone on many cruises. First the positives, the ship is very nice, too big but nice. The hand washing sinks for the buffet lines are an awesome idea! The elevators although there are only two banks are extremely quick. The closets in the outside cabin were a different layout but nice and allows for a nice size shower. That said I am not even sure were to start, the food in every restaurant is served cold, not even an attemp made to try to get it hot. The exception is the buffet and the pub. The wait staff try hard but you can tell the sauces have dried on the plate because they have set for so long. The butter on the baked potatoes would not melt at all! Cold, cold, cold food. They must use a lot of preservatives in their food as many people in our group were extremely thirsty and retained water. My husbands feet were swelling, think the Michelin Man, so we went to the medical center in hopes of a water pill. As soon as the doctor ( I use the term loosely ) learned my husband was a Cancer patient he stated we had to get off of the ship. We left the medical center with a $200+ invoice and no medicine for the swelling. We were requested to go back to the medical center via the ships announcements. We were met by the same doctor and a staff (assistant?) captain. We were told that they had spoken with their legal and medical departments in Miami and they had to follow their doctors suggestion, we not stay on the ship unless we would sign a AMA. (Against medical advise form). We signed and walked away, seriously people he had swollen feet!!! They doctor was MUCH more concerned with liability than helping a patient. Unbelievable, we went on the cruise to enjoy some relaxation away from our stresses not to find new ones. Although we will always have this story to tell.

Our room steward was by far the worst room steward we have ever had! He never introduced himself to me and every day, yes everyday we had to ask for the beach towels. He would take ours and not replace them. Some days the room wasn't made up until after 1pm and some nights not at all. On the last night of the cruise I find out others in our group have a coffee pot in their rooms but we didn't and would have loved to have one.

To our surprise getting off of the ship was very easy. No lines just walked off the ship at our appointed time. The information that is usually given the night before departure we did not receive.

Nice layout although no where to sit in the room except on the bed. Upgrade for a sofa or chair.
