This was our second cruise with RC (first one in April on the Brilliance of the Sea). Our first cruise with them went without any issues other than the typical slow bar service, average food served in the "free dining" etc. This trip has truely given us some depth on how RC isn't as great as many perceive.

We were a group of 10 traveling July 17-21 out of Port Everglades. First, RC's phone reservations agent misbooked us into a room that didn't have the requested murphy bed for my 6'2" 220 son. We discover this two weeks prior to sailing. We called RC, they told us it would be an additional $500 to put us in the rooms we originally requested. They even admitted to reviewing the recorded phone call and said their agent made a mistake.

The cruise itself, was average at best. With the prepaid tip program, we discovered that there is a lack of motivation from most staff members to step up. Bar service was slow at all the bars, wait time up to 20 minutes for a simple beer at most locations, even when not busy.

Cabin Review

If negative numbers would be reflective on the 1-10 scale, a minus 5
