First time cruisers, husband and wife, 30 yrs old and 46 yrs old, Anniversary/Honeymoon trip. Carnival Sensation. nice cabin ( we had the ocean view), nice bathroom, both very clean. A lot of waiting for elevator and a lot of walking. Kids running around with no parents (they must have been at the bar or casino) buffet food was average, nothing special. Fine dining was very nice, good, food, small portions, nice wait staff. A lot of gambling and drinking and spending money on this ship. Spent way more than planned and it wasn't even worth it. Alcohol was over expensive, 24-hour free room service, was not so good, waited 45 minutes the first time we called and 60 minutes the second time. Housekeeping was in our cabin every time we went out of our cabin, felt a little uncomfortable.

Excursions were very expensive. We did the Explore Atlantis/Beach Day. Not worth the money we paid. Did way too much walking and rode a bus through town that was jam packed, it was hot, even after the bus we had to walk what seemed like miles, the tour guide was no help, all we did was walk, I'm glad our lunch was included with this excursion cause the food in Nassau at the outside restaurants was very ordinary and if we'd have to pay, it would be 5x the price than normal (fast food like) food. We didn't even stay for the full excursion time, went back to the ship to relax, walked too much and paid way too much.

We stayed in our cabin pretty much from 8pm on every night, nothing but partying and clubbing, and getting drunk. Not much to do unless you are 18-35 and single and like to party, I guess were boring cause we weren't amused with the half naked young girls running around. Went to a karaoke bar, it was ok, had a couple expensive drinks, went to the comedy club, the early one and it was a little funny, not geared for kids at all. Did not gamble, although there were casinos all over the ship, not for us, We like our money. they were having all these sales in certain areas, sales people were very annoying about the upcoming sales, it's all about spend, spend, spend, We will never cruise again.
