This was our 2nd cruise with the Caribbean Princess in one year. We had sailed in April through the southern caribbean and enjoyed so much we though booked this cruise out of the port of Houston.

This was only the 2nd cruise out of the port of Houston. It is about an hour drive from Houston International airport and the scenery is sure different from Florida. One oil refinery after another. It port itself has one terminal for the cruise ship…there is a container ship port right next to it.

Embarkment took longer due to the malfunction of the gangway. We left the port over an hour late. Read more
