Wow.where to begin....to sum it up briefly 5 STAR Luxury, 5 STAR Rooms, 5 Star Food and 5 Star Service. This was our experience from the last 2 weeks. This was my 2nd cruise(1st was with Norwegian/Alaska) and this was my husband's 1st cruise and we walked away from the SHIP with having already put a deposit down for next year with Celebrity. Here is how everything I can remember as I am still on vacation from last nite.
Airport; Extremely efficient staff met us as airport(we booked transfer to port thru Celebrity). The price is expensive $92 per person but the convenience was worth it. We reached Rome at 8am and by 9am we were on our transfer to Civitavecchia Port) and on the ship by 11am. The embarkation went very smoothly with no hiccups.
Service; Impeccable, you could not turn around without a helpful professional staff waiting to help with anything you needed. The staff was extremely professional. They are clearly trained and focused on their quality of work.
Cabin Review
The room was very spacious, especially the balcony. We were both able to recline our chairs all the way to fully enjoy and lay out on the balcony. Our room was kept immaculate by the room attendants and were quick to respond to any questions/needs. The bed is extremely comfortable with pillows just as perfect. Our room was right next elevator but we never were disturbed by any noise, but made it very convenient to get around the ship. We were few floors above Reflection theatre(front of ship). We need feel any extra movement as the stablizers did a great job.
