Sail Date: Sep 2005

My husband, Donald, and I usually sail with Princess; however, I thought we'd try Voyager, as it required no airline travel being only 40 minutes from our home. I know that the Crown Princess is being built and will sail from Brooklyn next year, but Voyager was available now, so we tried it. Generally, I have to say, we were "underwhelmed" by our experience, although there were lots of excellent features:

* Everyone at the embarkation was friendly and helpful; and the terminal, although obviously temporary, was far nicer looking and comfortable than the set-up Princess uses in Fort Lauderdale.

* We purchased an up-grade, and the suite was terrific (more to follow on that).
