We and most ships were Tendered in Belize so plan on getting tender tickets EARLY
We did and were on of the first off the ship.
Definitely consider Coral Breeze and Shark/Ray/Snorkeling
It is safe--our kids did the town on their own. Lot of shopping. Did horse cart city tour priced at $20 each for an hour and they loved it and was very informative.they found great restaurant for island food

Belize City

Did a private tour booked prior to cruise with Escenzio that I found this cab driver on CC Boards under Cozumel.
Must have a plan for Cozumel it is a favorite port. Small island with 6-7 BIG ships in daily--so get out of the touristy area and plan your day. Very crazy in town and around port

Cozumel

Private Beach operator Steve Uhl is from Texas has a great website. His beach area was inline with many others but he provided individual service and constant attendance and answered questions all day.
Many other cruisers were also there, not crowded, but meet and mingle type partying
Food was great, weather and water great. Water not deep close to shore and no waves.

Costa Maya

Roatan we booked with Victor Bodden Tours and had a private tour, he offers many but we did BEST OF Roatan  for 4 at $25 per person for 6 hrs. Our guide Big Ald spoke perfect English and was about 50 yrs old and new his island and were to take us. We picked were we wanted to go and Victor helped. He responds fast to emails has great web site.
We missed the tour traps and saw the Iguana Farm and then the Monkey area, lunch at a unique place with FANTASTIC view of island and ocean an no crowds, called "Cal's and then we went shopping in non touristy areas and to beach beautiful and calm and warm water.

Roatan

Stateroom 11676 mini suite, good closet space, average balcony not large, well positioned on deck 12 below but offset from CAFE, NO NOISE, close to elevators.
Bed toppings wonderful--BED MATTRESS HARD need at least 2-3 toppers

We did Roatan with a private guide from Victor Bodden our driver was Big ALD he spoke great English and took us away from the crowds and we saw the Iguanas and Monkeys and had lunch at a fantastic restaurant called Cal's great view and food and then shopped with in areas were residents shop, better prices.the kids loved touring Belize on their own and felt very safe loved the people, did a horse and buggy ride with great tour and price was cheap.
