Make reservations in advance for the cheaper parking lot, or get stuck like we did in the $70 a week one.
Getting on the ship was quick and easy, with friendly help along the way. This ship is tastefully decorated, similar to Norwegian, without all the obnoxious Vegas-style decor like on Carnival. I had no trouble smuggling booze and wine (carefully packed)in my checked bag. There was liquor for sale in the gift shops that you could take to your cabin for an extra charge. Our room steward filled my soft-sided ice chest every day after we asked him to with a tip on the first day. The rooms are small and decorated with peach and teal southwestern prints, which could be improved and updated. The thin mattresses need to be upgraded. Our room steward and dining room waiters were wonderful and very friendly.
There are only two pools, and the adult-only one is in an enclosed solarium. The frozen drinks by the pool are often served in pretty glasses that you can keep - for $8.95. Unfortunately, they make them non-alcoholic, and pour a little cheap "Castillo" rum on top when you buy one.
