In terms of size and quality, it's exactly what we asked for in an interior stateroom. It was clean and tidy; however, the sofa back cushion was "bunched up" and I would recommend a replacement. There is an adjoining room door to 4559.
The good news is that the stateroom was conveniently located next to the Centrum and you could easily access the elevators and other services. The bad news is that there is live music each night and if you are an early-to-bed and light sleeper, you may want to consider another location. The music typically played until midnight, and depending on which music was being played you could feel the vibration. I had ear plugs and was tired from the shore excursions, so I didn't mind it after a couple of days and I got used to it.
But that's a fair warning to anybody considering a stateroom located close to the Centrum Read entire member review >>
Middle of the ship, middle of the aisle is where you want to be. We had family close to the Lobby Bar and they could hear the music and activities that were often held in the Centrum. Read entire member review >>
It was a las minute decision and therefore we decided for an inside cabin, we got assigned the cabin 3509 in the front of the ship and it was OK, an average inside size for Royal Caribbean, the shower had a sliding door and the closet space was over the average, flat screen TV. Sometimes you could hear the noise from the theatre during rehearsing but it was not that much. Read entire member review >>
Small inside cabin on Deck 9. Clean and efficient. Bathroom had chipped mirrors and missing caulk in shower as noted in review. Bed not as comfortable (hard) as other cruise lines. Some towels supplied were torn and threadbare. Nearby stairs that appear on deck plans are actually for staff only. A little bit of a walk to get to elevators or stairs. Read entire member review >>
Very happy with our room. Bed was very comfortable and comparable to those of 5-star hotels. Room tidied and cleaned everytime we left. Shampoo dispenser was empty and when we asked a refill it took over 24 hours for someone to arrive and we were informed it was broken. Mini-bottles were given instead, although these should have probably been there from the start.
Some type of lighting that adjusts with time would be nice to account for the lack of windows and overall pitch blackness of the room- although beggars can't be choosers.
Room was a great size, would definitely recommend to anyone just using the bedroom for sleep. Read entire member review >>
Normal interior stateroom. Large enough for us and fine bedding to sleep on. If you go on a cruise to stay in your cabin, you are missing the cruise. My opinion. Room steward Gerry was amazing got everything we needed, kept the room clean and provided many towel animals for our enjoyment. We like mid-ship locations and interior rooms so this room is just what we wanted, like the interior for afternoon naps they get nice and dark. Read entire member review >>
no complaints whatsoever. We have always had a Balcony cabin in the past and this was our 1st Inside Cabin. Adequate size with lots of closet space. You have to squeeze your baggage under the bed if you have more than one. Shower was of same size as other ships (round cylinder with no bending privileges, etc.). Location of cabin was in forward position but we did not hear any noise nor did we experience any shaking or turbulence. Quick access to elevators Read entire member review >>
Typical RC cabin. I appreciate the clothes line in the shower. Nice amount of storage room which was more than adequate for two. LOVE the way I can tip the mirrors on either side of the room vanity to aid in hairstyling. Convenient light switch placement in room but having bathroom switch outside was something I never got use to. Appreciated the reading/night lights on either side of bed.
Room attendant Charmaine Pitts was wonderful.
Constant airflow was uncomfortable and seemed to dry my eyes and sinuses. Hanging a damp t-shirt or other article of clothing in room seemed to relieve symptoms. Read entire member review >>
Our inside cabin was quiet, and well maintained. I measured it to be 158 sg feet, to include bathroom and closets. No shower curtains but instead a curved shower door. Big Plus. Read entire member review >>
