The cruise on the Norwegian Jade was the best cruise I have taken so far. I was slightly skeptical before boarding the ship because some of the reviews were shaky. The embarkation process was very smooth, and very fast. We boarded the ship without any obstacle.

This was our 1st cruise to the Western Caribbean, our 1st time leaving out of Port of Houston, and our 2nd ever cruise on NCL (10 years ago).

We had been planning this cruise for about a year for my son's HS graduation present. arrival organisation was a nightmare after a long flight into Houston the rep was pretty useless had no idea who she was supposed to be meeting and only had 8 seater mini bus to transport people to the hotel, very poor, however getting onboard was much quicker and smoothly done.

My husband and I LOVE Norwegian. We have sailed on the Norwegian Dawn and the Norwegian Getaway before. We've always had a wonderful experience and impeccable service. We just disembarked the Norwegian Jade. We enjoyed a 7 day cruise from Houston to Cozumel, Belize and Roatan. This is our second Norwegian Cruise. We traveled in a group of 15 with the youngest being 10 and the oldest 70. We had balcony rooms and had an amazing time.
