After many hours traveling to Havana and then hours in immigration , we had expected better. Transfer was in an ageing Transit Van! AVOID! We have done almost 20 cruises and this one is by far the worst one ever! If you are expecting the same quality service you receive with other cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean, Princess, Celebrity, Holland America, Viking, Cunard, etc., avoid Cuba cruises!
