It's good value for money. I will definitely recommend MSC to family and friends. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and really hard working. A few suggestions. Why not add custard to your dessert menu, some of the cakes were very dry at times. The hamburgers wasn't very nice and the hotdogs very dry and tastless. The pizzas, buffet and restaurant was excellent. The coffee bar ...

We decided in November 2017 it is time to try a cruise and see what it is all about & just went into Pentravel to book. We didn't know it was Oppiwater Festival & we were really surprise about all the show's. The celebs on this cruise were all very friendly & we really enjoyed meeting them all in person. It was just a pity that the travel agent didn't tell us we need to book tickets for all the ...

The first time was fantastic! This time was awfull! Bar service was not nice! Food taste like rubber and old! Some of our restaurant food was excellent and the next night awfull! The only place we enjoy was the irish bar where Vernon was singing! Thank god the smoking was stop there! I am a coffee lover but the coffee bar only opens at four in midday! It was surpose to be my birthday present but ...

We were on a cruise trip "Oppiwater Kunstefees RSG" to Maputo, Portugeuse Island and Pomene on April, 15, 2018. It was for 5 nights to remember for a long time. Although we couldn't get off the boat at Pomene, because of the weather, there were enough to do like watching shows, swimming or just relax and many more. There was a big variety of delicious food to eat. The crew members were very ...

We chose this cruise as our first ever cruise to learn our way around the ship and boarding procedures. Boarding is a long process, but once onboard, it moves very quickly. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist and answer questions. Food was excellent, tho not much choice for vegetarians, same meals offered at all lunches. Burger station continuously ran out of chicken ...

Chosen: short trip, able to fit into a tight schedule. Was it worth it though? Hell freaking No! The food was sub par and often leftovers were recycled. I have no issue with leftovers, wastage is awful. But honestly too water down baked beans 3meals in a row was crazy and disrespectful to baked beans and paying customers. The apparently free water and juices were closed most all of the time. ...

Terrible food and low standard cruise

Our cruise consisted of companies who took their staff members on the cruise, so most of the people onboard did not pay for their own tickets and therefore will not complain about the low standard of the cruise. The morning buffets and lunch buffets was really terrible and food was of poor quality. The bar services on the entertainment deck was also disappointing, we waited on average 10 minutes ...

After the death of my husband in October 2017 i just wanted to treat my family to a well deserved break----away from home and all its sad memories. A relative suggested an MSC cruise and i jumped at it as none of us would be expected to do anything else but have fun. I chose the 'CRUISE to NOWHERE' due to financial constraints as i had to pay for all 7 of us. However now i realize that this was ...

It was our first cruise, and we were overwhelmed. It was everything we expected and more. The staff are very professional and polite. I can do this again any time soon. The cabin was so neat and clean. We really enjoyed every minute on the cruise. Entertainment was fantastic. We went for the show on Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent performance. Thank you to the staff ...
