Our cruise consisted of companies who took their staff members on the cruise, so most of the people onboard did not pay for their own tickets and therefore will not complain about the low standard of the cruise. The morning buffets and lunch buffets was really terrible and food was of poor quality. The bar services on the entertainment deck was also disappointing, we waited on average 10 minutes to get service due to the large amount of people at the bar. The drinks/cocktails were also off poor quality. The itinerary said 3 days and 2 nights, we were not even 48 hours on the ship and had to wake up at 4 am the Sunday morning to have breakfast at 5 am and be of the ship by 6 am. The overall experience on the MSC Sinfonia was very disappointing! The MSC should inform in advance if the cruise are mainly group/company bookings because this mean the cruise will be of low standard.
